School Turn Around: Hopeful Leadership and Cultures

Utilizing the HOPE culture audit, we work with schools to improve the achievement and well-being of students and staff. By analyzing school data from the Hope Survey, Hope Culture Audit, and other data points, we work with schools to create improvement and support plans that will improve academic achievement, attendance, and behavior in a building and foster an environment where everyone can thrive.

Building Classrooms of Hope

According to research, hope is one of the most significant predictors of academic achievement above intelligence and previous academic attainment while providing healing and support for students with trauma. This professional development empowers teachers to integrate hope into daily lessons seamlessly. Educators will learn to measure and improve hope levels through tiered support systems, gain make-it-take-it resources, and, most importantly, learn tools and strategies to strengthen the hope of their classroom culture, boosting student engagement, motivation, and resiliency. Applicable across subjects and grades, this professional development empowers teachers with the transformative power of hope to unlock the potential in every kid.

Hope Workshops
